We’re here today at Aines, Carter and Associates in LaGrange, Kentucky which also provides service to the Louisville community.  We’re going to talk about COVID-19 and its effects on our business. So, as you know if you’ve watched any of the videos, or your familiar with Aines, Carter and Associates, we help people who are turning 65 and people who are already on Medicare. So, as of March 13th we shut down face-to-face appointments which is indicated on our website here. That’s the bad news, because we walk you through steps point A to point B to help you make an informed decision via PowerPoint presentation and handouts. The good news is that in 2020 we are equipped to do teleconference or videoconference at the clients request. So, you can get all of your information via a video conference or a teleconference that you need to make an informed decision by setting up an appointment and you don’t have to be here face to face in our offices.
